Our Returns/Cancellation of Sale Policy

RETURNS / EXCHANGES: All non-custom (custom is personalized embroidery, engraving, or items made to specifications cannot be returned.) must be inspected and returned within 7 calendar days of receipt for refund or exchanges.

If the merchandise you received was damaged or incorrectly fulfilled, please return for full refund of the retail purchase price or exchange within 7 days of receipt of your order.  Please note, that there is no refund permitted for volume, discount, or wholesale orders.

Returns only will result in a 15% Restocking Fee which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

EXCHANGES: If you requested a specific size and decided it was the wrong size, we will do whatever we can to replace the item only if we have that item in our inventory. We will charge for the additional shipping costs to you. There is no restocking fee for exchanges.

NOTE: Do not return any item without first contacting us via email (e.mathis@att.net) to get return approval and receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE

Please indicate your desire for a refund or exchange along with the order number. 

After receiving an RETURN Authorization Code, please send any item in its original condition with its original packaging and accessories.  As soon as we receive the item(s) from the original shipment, we will process a refund or exchange. 

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.  If the item is a custom embroidery or silkscreen or personalized in any manner, we cannot replace or provide a replacement or refund for the item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if we made an error in the original shipment.  Refunds are credited to your credit card within 30 days.

Since many of our items are shipped from multiple locations around the country, it is important that you return the merchandise to the address on the package shipping label.
